3.75 - added variable check mail timing. Default is now 5 minutes. Can be
       modified from 1 to 15 minutes from options menu.
       
3.70 - by clicking on the blank space between the StreetTalk
       name and More! the Title Bar can be sent from the top to the bottom and
       vice versa. For those who set the bar to Always on top.
     - clicking on the white space between the StreetTalk name and the date
       will bring the Resource Monitor to the top (if it is running).
     - bar can be placed along the top or the bottom of the screen.

3.50 - reduced overhead when retrieving new message count.
     - added clipboard support to STDA command.
     - added multi name select to STDA (click with right button)

3.22 - fixed problem with !setstda command. VNSTBAR made some assumptions 
       about the format of the command which led to Illegal Function errors.
     - now displays number of unread messges.
