EMail is normally used in busy environments where savings on administration costs and time is important. When you the user, create a document to be sent to another user you can send it with an acknowledgment or notification. If you flag for acknowledgment, when the mail is read by the receiving user, you the sender, will be notified that the message has been read. If the notification flag has been set then the receiver will get a system message on arrival straight away. The user receiving your mail is not required to be logged into the server, mail sent will be stored and can be read at a later date when the user starts the WMailer application.
