Installing wRcp

Unzip the distribution file wrcp03b.zip in a temporary directory.

If the file ctl3dv2.dll does not exist in your windows system
directory *move* it there.  

Copy the executable wrcp.exe to a suitable directory.  It may be 
a good idea to put it in a directory which is in your path, although 
this is not necessary with this version.

Add a progman group item (or get my desktop* for windows and stick it
in one of your desktop menus ;-)

Run it.  Let me know if you have any problems.

* my desktop program for Windows is called dwm.  The latest version,
  is dwm103.zip.  There is also a beta version called beta110.zip.
