        Hi-Lo is a game that has a simple concept.  WIN THE MOST MONEY!
        Sounds easy, right?  Well not really that simple....

        The game play is simple:  
        
        First you will start off with a little money in the bank.  
        You will be asked to bet before any dice will be rolled.  You 
        may bet anywhere from $0.00 for the real tight wads, or up to 
        $99999.00 for the big time gamblers.  But be careful, it is 
        possible to loose twice your bet! In the same breath, you stand 
        to win up to ten times your bet.

        After placing a bet, the casino boss will roll the first
        pair of dice, and will call out the number that is rolled. 

        This is where you come in.  The casino boss will ask you if
        his next roll is going to be Higher, Lower, or the Same as his
        previous roll.  After Picking your choice, the casino boss will
        roll again.

        If you picked HIGHER or LOWER and were correct you won the amount
        you bet.  If you were incorrect you only lost the money bet.
        HOWEVER, if the numbers come up the same and you did not pick
        SAME, then you lost twice your origional bet.  If you picked
        SAME and they came up the same you won ten times your 
        origional bet, if they came out different and you had
        picked the SAME you only lost your normal bet.
