  departments, cost centres, super plans, allowances and deductions.
  Five payrates, each with 9 overtime rates per employee.  Tax calculated by
  percent or formula.  Automatic Group certificates.  Comprehensive reports. 


PRODUCT DESCRIPTION - LONG

        	AUSTRAPAY PAYROLL SYSTEM - AUSTRALIAN

  Australian Payroll System handling unlimited numbers of employees, companies
  departments, cost centres, super plans, allowances and deductions depending
  on computer congfiguration.  Salary, allowances, deductions quoted by
  hour, day, week, month,quarter or year.  Employees can have 5 payrates, each
  with up to 9 overtime rates, 3 Super plans, 10 allowances and 10 deductions.
  Tax calculated by formula or percent (very useful for casuals).  Optional
  distribution of net pay to 4 bank accounts.  Balance in cash, cheque or
  fifth bank acccount.  Automatic calculation of leave, covering annual
  with/without loading, sick, long service, RDO.  Comprehensive reports
  including pay and leave history for each employee.  Group certificates
  produced automatically.


DISTRIBUTION POLICY

  Shareware Vendors have permission to copy and redistribute this program on
  the following conditions:

   1. The product is distributed in its entirety without modification directly
      from the Shareware Installation Disk.  Loader programs and documentation
      files may be added, and the product may be bundled with catalogues or
      other Shareware.

   2. The product is identified as Shareware in all catalogues and labelling,
      and recipients informed that the program requires further payment to
      ARK ANGLES for use beyond the 60 day evaluation period;

   3. Only a reasonable copying and distribution fee of not more than A$15 is
      charged.

   4. ARK ANGLES has not requested in writing that the Vendor cease further
      distribution.

  Vendors who inform ARK ANGLES that they wish to distribute this product, and
  send us a copy of their catalogue, will be sent updates and other new
  programs periodically.

  An arrangement is available for reputable Shareware vendors who would like
  to accept registrations for ARK ANGLES products for a commission.  No stock
  has to be kept.  Contact ARK ANGLES for details.


ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTION

  Placing of this program on bulletin boards and the like is encouraged.  The
  contents of the two Shareware Installation Disks should be packed into two
  files with a popular file archiving and compression program.  The files
  should be called AUPAY23A.xxx and AUPAY23B.xxx where the xxx is the normal
  file extension associated with the compression program used.
