S T A R T E V C    D O C U M E N T A T I O N

               The program STARTEVC.EXE is the opening screen

               for INSTALL.EXE,  SETUP.EXE,  and  POSAT36.EXE.

               It does also act as a "count the usage" module

               for POSAT36.EXE and as a corruption and virus

               detection for above programs.

               STARTEVC.EXE can be executed separately, it is

               however normally called and executed by any of

               the three above programs.

               All above programs do need to find STARTEVC.EXE

               in the same directory in order to run.

               STARTEVC.EXE will warn you if any alteration,

               corruption or virus is detected.
