To install Hotmetal:

UNZIP BOTH .ZIP FILES INTO A DIRECTORY: I USE C:\WINDOWS\HOTMETAL
Then run Windows and from File Manager, USE FILE, RUN, SQHM.EXE.

That is all there is to it.......
