Strobmus Software License Agreement

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT. YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT IF 
YOU CHOOSE TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.

1. Strombus Software and Rick Sellens ("Strombus") grant you a
non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, license to use this test version of
the NautNews/Offline News Reader ("Software") for evaluation purposes 
only.

2. STROMBUS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THIS
SOFTWARE FOR ANY PURPOSE. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. STROMBUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR 
ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

3. You must not redistribute this software, unless it is redistributed 
in its complete and original form, including all documentation and this
license agreement. You must not charge any fee for such redistribution, 
beyond nominal charges for media, connect time or transmission time.
