Licence Agreement

The author has taken all possible steps to ensure that the product UltraPak 
as distributed is free from bugs and any other malfunctions.

However no liability whatsoever can be accepted by the author for any damage 
or loss of data caused by the use of the product.

The software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, expressed
or implied.

The demonstration version of the program may be distributed freely, but
should only be done so in entirety (i.e. all files listed in the file
SHIPPING.LST).  The full version of the program may be used only after
registration (see the file REGISTER.TXT or REGISTER.WRI).

Use of either the demonstration program or the full version implies
acceptance of this licence agreement.
