QUICK-START INSTRUCTIONS FOR alaCARTE
                         (a simple DOS menu system)

     After unzipping the program, you can install and configure
     alaCARTE quickly by either typing INSTALL <Enter> at the
     DOS prompt, or by clicking on INSTALL.BAT in the Windows
     File Manager.
