Quick start instructions for playing Roulette 40:

Upon starting with the layout screen go to the menu and hi-lite
"Guided Tour" and read the instructions to familiarize yourself
with the play.

With the mouse click on the 'menu' box and click on "Guided Tour".

With the keys press 's' on the 'bet:' prompt and it will get you
out of the betting session and you can go to the menu by pressing
'm' and press 'g' and then press enter (or carriage return) and
the tour is on!
