Making Copies of MIMEFILE Software
==================================

Copying of the MIMEFILE executable software is permitted given the
following conditions:
 - Copies may be made by the licensed user for backup purposes.
 - Copies of MIMEFILE executable software may be made for private
   distribution and/or posting to computer bulletin boards provided the
   following conditions are met:
   1. All original package files files must be included as part of the
      copied computer files, and the files must be archived using PKZIP
      or similar archive tool.  Distribution of MIMEFILE software 
      without the original license and registration information is 
      theft.
   2. No money is exchanged in payment for the copied files.
   3. There is no verbal or written statement or implication that 
      violates the MIMEFILE license.
 - Copies of MIMEFILE executable software may be distributed on media 
   for sale provided the packaging makes it clear that a registration
   fee is required, the retail price of the media package is less than
   $5.00 US dollars, the original license and registration information
   files are included, and the word "FREE" does not appear anywhere on
   the package.
