License

Barry Higgs grants user a non-exlusive, non-transferable,limited license to use the Software. This software is licensed for use on a single computer in a single location. Any copying of the software is prohibited.  User may not loan, lease, distribute or transfer the Software or copies thereof, nor reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discern the source code of the Software. Title to the Software is not transferred to User. 

Users of Find-it Fast must accept this Disclaimer of warranty:  

Find-it Fast is supplied As Is.  Barry Higgs disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied,including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. Barry Higgs assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Find-it Fast.
No oral or written information or advice given by Barry Higgs, dealers, distributors, agents or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty and you may not rely on any such information or advice.  Neither Barry Higgs nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use such product.
