     This upgrade package applies to you if you are currently using v2.0,
     2.0a, or 2.1 of DigiCard.

     DigiCard is a powerful multimedia flash card program that  will  help
     you remember any information vital to your success.   Whether you are
     a student or a  working professional,   you  will  find  DigiCard  an
     invaluable learning tool for any subject.   DigiCard  is easy to use,
     so you can take advantage of accelerated,  computer-assisted learning
     in the least amount of time. Increase your learning speed and subject
     knowledge with DigiCard!
     
     The following section highlights DigiCard features you will find most
     useful.  Information on minimum system configuration and installation

 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
 ===================

   The minimum system configuration required to run DigiCard is:

     o  4 megs of RAM.
     o  2.5 megs disk space.
     o  VGA graphics.
     o  Windows 3.1 (or compatible).
     o  A copy of VBRUN300.DLL in your Windows directory.
	( VBRUN300.DLL file can be found on virtually all download services.
	  The usual file name is VBRUN3.ZIP or VBRUN3.EXE. Please contact 
	  the author by e-mail if you cannot find a copy. )

 ============
 INSTALLATION
 ============

   To install this upgrade edition of DigiCard, simply copy the contents of 
   the ZIP file into a temporary directory and run INSTALL.EXE. Specify your 
   current DigiCard directory as the target directory (i.e., C:\DIGICARD). 
   That's it!
   
   Install will copy ALL files into that directory and create a Program 
   Manager group complete with icons for DigiCard, sample files, and the 
   help file.
