software.  Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of the above 
agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranty

software indicated acceptance of the agreement.

THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THIS 
SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT 
NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF 
MERCHANTABLILTY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, 
AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY AND SPECIFICALLY 
DISCLAIMED.  NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS 
BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF 
THIS SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, 
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE 
USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH SOFTWARE EVEN IF THE AUTHOR

OF THE AUTHOR AND ANY SUCCESSORS, ADMINISTRATORS, HEIRS, 
AND ASSIGNS.  ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING BROUGHT BY EITHER 
PARTY AGAINST THE OTHER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS 
AGREEMENT SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN A STATE OR FEDERAL 
COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION LOCATED IN KING COUNTY, 
WASHINGTON.  THE PARTIES HEREBY CONSENT TO IN PERSONAM 
JURISDICTION OF SAID COURTS.

Shareware Version

Evaluation and Registration

This software is distributed as SHAREWARE.  It is not free or public domain 
software.  You are licensed to use this software for a period of 30 days.  After 
30 days, you must register the software or delete it from your hard drive.  The 
software will, however, continue to function after 30 days.  The fee for a 
single-user license is $19.95 + $4.00 shipping and handling.  Send payment, 
along with name and address to:

Make checks payable to:  David T. Ossorio.  When payment is received, you 
will receive Ecopad, EcopadNT, and Ecopad for Windows 95 (if
available) on a 3.5" disk, along with a registration number which you can 
use to convert the shareware version to a registered version.  This registration 
number will be valid for all future versions of Ecopad.  To upgrade, simply 
download the new shareware version and use the registration number to convert 
it to a registered version. Your name and company will appear in the about box 
after you enter your name and registration number.

You are also licensed to make as many copies of the files "EPxxx.ZIP" and 
"EPNTxx.ZIP" as you wish and distribute them to friends or upload to BBS’s.  
Dealers must contact the author via U.S. mail or e-mail before distributing 
Ecopad, so that they may be supplied with the latest version.  For more

Registered Version

One registered copy of Ecopad and EcopadNT may be used by a single person 
on one computer.
