Fixed bug/incompatibility with "Plug In" that caused 
event timer errors.

Fixed bug that allowed quick running events to execute more than 
once in the same cycle.  Now only one event can be executed at 
a given time.

To limit system activity, I rewrote the event checking routine to 
ONLY check for events when the current minute is at an interval an event 
can be set to.  ("?0" or "?5") 

Extended event array from 21 to 41 events.
