v1.1  Fixed calendar printing problem when starting other than Jan.
      Changed help file.

v1.2  Fixed GPF fault problem when entering print screen.  Caused by
      too many active Windows printers.
      Fixed problem caused if holiday files were missing or not located
      in same directory as famcal.exe.
      Fixed problem caused by header in holiday file not correct.

v1.3 Added international date support (keyed to Windows Country
     setting). Added option to print on A4 paper size. Added ability to
     auto-load a calendar file. Fixed error 62 caused by quotes in text
     fields. Added 'Show Features' button in Shareware version. Added
     custom footer feature in Registered version.
