To setup QRead, you can use the following procedure:

1) Decide on the directory where your QRead files will "reside." 
    
2) Copy the files, including the mini-setup program, SETUPQR.EXE, 
   to that directory.
 
3) Copy QREAD.HLP to your Windows directory, if you wish to
   use QRead online help.

4) Start Windows (if you haven't already done so), and run the 
   mini-setup program.  Hint: From your chosen directory, you can 
   accomplish this with the DOS command WIN .\SETUPQR.EXE
