Registration of TriWave is $25, plus applicable shipping and taxes.
TriWave key files may be picked up from authorized TriWave registration
points, or you may have a diskette with the latest version of TriWave
and your key file sent to your door via 2-day Priority mail.

To register, print and fill out this form and include a check or 
money-order for the final amount.  Please make all checks and money-orders 
payable to Dan Siwko.

Persons wishing to register TriWave for use outside of North America,
please contact Dan Siwko via FidoNet netmail @ 1:2613/482.123 prior to
registering.
