LOAN AMORTIZATION FILE FOR EXCEL USERS

Included is an Excel v4.0 file for calculating mortgages based on
a 30 year life.  You can include additional payments and copy them
down for the periods specified and calculate the savings by early
payoff, in the event you can afford extra payments.

Currenly, until registered, you can only enter your name and loan
amount to try out this worksheet.  A macro button has been set up
for easy printing of the detail on your laser.
