       EZ-Quicken works with Quicken for Windows versions  3 & 4  along
       with the Prodigy Service.  The program downloads quotes from the
       Prodigy Service and automatically  updates  Quicken  data files.
       It also auto-downloads Company News from Prodigy.

       Installation instructions are contained in the  README.WRI file.
       It is advisable to use the Windows  WRITE  program to read that
       file and to PRINT A COPY OF README.WRI.  Then, use that printed
       copy for reference when setting up the EZ-Quicken program.

       Users are allowed to use this  evaluation  version for up to 30
       days prior to registering.
