SolEdit 3.1 New Features:

- SolEdit now saves, and restores window position and 
  desktop placement, font, font color, toolbar, and 
  statusbar settings to the ini file.

- Right mouse button activates the edit menu allowing fast
  cut, copy, paste and other actions.

- User selectable file filter (*.*, *.txt, Multi-file.)

- Fixed working directory option.  Previous versions 
  launched from the SolEdit directory regardless of 
  settings specified in Program Manager.  This has been
  corrected in version 3.1.
