FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions About Our Magazine Service)
     
     American Family Publishers advertises "no lower prices to the
     general public--guaranteed!"  Why are your prices so much lower?
     
          Publishers do not permit us to sell magazines to the general
          public.  We supply magazines only to reception rooms, other
          waiting areas where many readers are likely to look at each
          issue, corporate accounts and clubs.  In cooperation with
          your BBS, members may qualify for reception room/trade
          rates.
     
     How long will it be before I get my first issue or my label will
     show a renewal?
     
          A new subscription takes an average of 6 to 14 weeks to
          commence or for the label to show your renewal.  You will
          not get service any faster from any other place.  The same
          day we receive your magazine order we electronically submit
          it.  Most publishers pre-label 1 or 2 issues ahead; a weekly
          is faster starting than monthly or bi-monthly titles.
     
     How do I know you received my fax, e-mail or postal mailed order?
     
          We send you an acknowledgement and confirmation of your
          order the same day we receive it.  Occasionally we receive
          an incomplete fax without an I.D. phone number or address
          that we can fax or write you back for complete information. 
          In the event you do not receive a confirmation from us
          within 5-days, please re-fax or mail your order.
     
     What happens if an issue fails to come or I don't get service as
     promised? 
     
          Our business is service to you.  If you don't get an issue,
          or service does not start after 90 days, write, fax or
          e-mail us.  We promise to respond promptly.  If you miss an
          issue after service starts, we'll arrange to get you a copy.
     
     Why are magazines from you less expensive?  Are we getting the same
     number of issues as if buying directly from the publisher?  Are
     they sent the same day as the publisher would?
     
          We sell magazines without merchandise giveaways or other
          expensive ad programs like order stamps and payment
          plans--just the bare bones to get the offer to you.  You're
          getting the same subscription, same number of issues, as if
          purchased anywhere else.  Your magazine is sent the same day
          of the month for delivery when the publisher sends all
          magazines, as they come from the same place.
     
     I get other subscriptions not shown here?  Do you have them and
     can I get special reception room rates on those too?
     
          We may have them as we add titles weekly.  Write, fax or
          e-mail RRS, and they can advise you. We do not list READERS
          DIGEST or TV GUIDE as we cannot obtain these at discount.
     
     Can magazines be sent out-of-country to Canada, Europe, Asia,
     South America addresses?
     
          Many publishers will ship to out-of-country addresses for
          additional postage required by the postal service.  Please
          let us know the address and we will advise availability and
          the added postage needed.  It varies in accord with the
          number of issues published annually and weight of the
          magazine, but averages about $1.00 per issue.

     or advertiser.  All prices subject to change by publishers
     without advance notice--in this case we will let you know before
     charging you anything but the price shown.  Please check you BBS
     for our latest listing as we update files several times a year. 
     Look for special offers regularly that can be obtained by sending
     internet e-mail to specials@rrs.com, which will return an
     "infobot" of current offers to your e-mail address.

     You always pay less for magazines, because we have no expensive
     stamps to print for you to paste on, no payment plans, no premium
     offers that you pay for, no telemarketing sales commissions
     to pay or any ad gimmicks--just the positive LOWEST bottom line
