LICENSE AGREEMENT
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The InstantAccess Viewer System (IAVS) is distributed as shareware. The
shareware distribution system gives users a chance to try software before they
buy it. However, the IAVS is not free. You are granted a limited license to
evaluate the IAVS. The evaluation period may not exceed 30 days. After 30
days, you must either register the IAVS or discontinue its use.

During the evaluation period you may create as many electronic IAVS documents
as you wish, but you may not distribute them. Distribution of an electronic
IAVS document requires registration.

Once you have registered the IAVS, you are granted a license to distribute
electronic IAVS documents royalty free.

With your registration of the IAVS you will receive a personal key file
(IAVS.KEY). This key file may not be installed on more than one computer at
any given time. YOU MAY NOT DISTRIBUTE THE IAVS.KEY FILE.




DISTRIBUTION

The unregistered shareware version of the InstantAccess Viewer System can be
freely distributed by BBS's, shareware vendors and on CD-ROM compilations, as
long as all files listed in FILELIST.TXT are included and no files have been
altered.



DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The InstantAccess Viewer System (IAVS) is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The
entire risk of using the IAVS is with the user. The author will not be liable
for any damage resulting directly or indirectly out of the use of the IAVS.
This also applies in situations where the author has been advised of the
possibility of damage. This disclaimer of warranty applies to the maximum
extent permitted by the law.

By using the IAVS you acknowledge that you have read the license agreement and
the disclaimer of warranties and that you agree to be bound by their terms.
