Black Jack for Os2 v0.50

Not much to say right now...
Been working on this for about 1 year...(ok not really only about 1 month..
but that was a year ago before I got bored)
It's a beta..it shouldn't crash, but just isn't finished...
some features aren't implemented yet...the final graphics aren't done yet..

The card bitmaps were taking from the game Sea Towers(its late right now..dunno
if thats the right name...)

its been a while since i have worked on this so i can't remember what i didn't
finish...
If you see something you would like put in...
or something that doesn't work the way it should

(its the only way i will know that you people give a damn about it...and if
you do..i will finish it off...)

P.S. it should have the basic Black Jack rules from casinoes..(my friend is
a dealer so I got the rules from him)
