    License agreement

    im_asr and any file enclosed in the original distribution archive
    is copyrighted by andy kreuzer and protected by german and
    international copyright law.

    it may be used under the following terms for a period of 30 days
    without any fee:

    1. im_asr is provided 'as is' without any warranty, either expressed
       or implied.

    2. the author is in no way liable for any direct or indirect damage
       resulting from the usage of im_asr.

    3. it is forbidden to modify, reverse engineer, decompile or
       disassemble any part of im_asr or it's accompanying files.

    if you decide that im_asr fits your needs you must register it.
    to do so, fill out the registration form below and send it to the
    given address. after your payment has arrived, you will receive a
    keyfile with a unique serial number which is valid for the version
    of im_asr you registered. in addition, the keyfile will work for
    also for im_nsr and entitles you to use im_nsr under the terms of
    im_nsr's license agreement.

    if you register you additionally agree that you will not modify,
    reverse engineer or distribute the received keyfile.

    if this license agreement is in conflict with your local law, or if
    you do not agree with them in any part you are not allowed to use
    im_asr.

    note that all payment must me made in german mark (dm). if
    additional costs for international bank transfers apply, make sure
    that these costs are covered by you, otherwise your registration
    will not be processed. no money will be refunded in such cases.
