- Fixed problem: space was added to end of parameter list inserted into the
  program object.

- Added executable to create a program object with a known Object ID.

- The REXX script which makes a copy of the Web Explorer temporary file was
  modified to keep the original file's extension.  (It expects 8.3, which
  Web Explorer creates).

- Instructions on adding Web Explorer viewers and additional data types.  In
  particular, instructions on installing with Real Audio.
