Your system has either failed the ANSI emulation detection or is incapable
of displaying ANSI graphics or higher emulation.  This could be caused by
numerous things.

1.) There was a mistake in the data received by the auto detection, possibly
        caused by line noise.
2.) Your software does not support the ANSI positioning codes (or higher)
        emulations required for use of this software.

Please attempt to correct the problem and call back again.
