Your system has failed the baud rate that has been required for minimum
use of this software.  This could have been caused by numerous things:

1.) There was a slower connect speed reported to the system, possibly
        caused by line noise.
2.) Your hardware does not meet the minimum baud rate required for the use
        of this software.  You would need faster hardware to use this
        system.
