Installation Instructions:

	1. Run cnpsetup.exe from within windows 
	   (cnpsetup.exe is a windows self extracting executable)

	2. Make sure that VBRUN300.DLL is in your Windows\System directory

    Note: cnpsetup.exe is also a Pkzip compatible file.
	- to view the file type: pkzip -v cnpsetup.exe
	- to extract a file, type: pkunzip cnpsetup.exe filename
