06/24/93 V1.00 -   Initial Release of P.S.News

06/28/93 V1.01 -   Fixed a very minor display problem. I know, but it has to
                   be perfect!!
               -   Also added another newsbar type to make a total of six
                   selectable newsbar types, just a little added thing to
                   make up for the bugs!!
               -   Fixed bug that overwrote Keeping days if set below 2 days
                   (in unregistered copy!)

07/12/93 V1.10 -   Added the option of including up to 4 lines of Text to
                   the created display files right after the PSNEWS header.
                   Great way to let users know about the NEWS RULES!! Such
                   as, that it is REQUIRED that they read up to the last date
                   that they were on the BBS. This is done by toggling the
                   XTRAINFO.TXT option in the config file to 'Y' and entering
                   your desired text into that file (SAMPLE included!)
               -   Changed color codes (MAKE SURE YOU COPY THE NEW CONFIG
                   FILE OVER TO WHERE THE OLD ONE IS). You'll have to
                   reconfigure P.S.News with the new features and codes!
               -   Added ability to use all 15 FOREGROUND COLORS instead of
                   just 7! See documentation for new colors and codes!
