MAKE.BAT will create a simple demo of a undocumented feature of TBrowse
   in CA-Clipper version 5.2 (unless I've missed out on it in the manual).
   
   * MAKE.BAT uses Blinker and can be altered for other linkers
   * CA-Clipper 5.01 will not work, you must use version 5.2
