All major governments have collapsed. Technology has become a rare commodity. All oil supplies are exhausted. You are the commander of a military gang; as a political leader, you must show your strength by winning battles. You have one base and an army to command. You must defeat three other political leaders to conquer a region. The more regions you control, the more power you have on the New Earth. The Game ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ You must use the Cursor Keys to move around the screen. If they don't work, turn on NumLock. You can choose "QUIT", "CREATE", "SCORES", or a game number. The game numbers are color-coded so that you can tell what a game's status is. To join, play, or view a game, select the game number with the cursor keys and press ENTER. To view scores, select "SCORES" and press ENTER. To create a new game, select "CREATE" and press ENTER. You will be asked to choose a scenario for the game. Then the game will be created. Playing ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ The game is set on a 20x20 board with several playing pieces. There are soldiers, walls, and bases. Select a piece by moving to it and pressing ENTER. Soldiers can attack, move, and transfer. Attack takes two moves; press A and choose a direction to attack. Moving can be done by using the arrow keys. Transfer sends moves some of the soldiers from one spot to another. You can also build (or reinforce) a wall. Bases are the source of all power. They produce money each day; they can Deploy soldiers at $100 each; they can also destroy ("Blast") a piece on any border. Blasting costs $70 per soldier or $10 for a wall. It completely destroys the piece on the border. A Wall can not do anything. You can select any piece to obtain information about it. If the piece is blinking, it is yours and you can perform an action with it. If it does not blink, it is not under your control. Select a blank space to quit playing the game. Some of the advanced scenarios have tanks in them. Tanks have limited move but they have long-range fire. Their strength is 10.
