Starfleet Headquarters Classified Site Report
                        Planet Vagra III

   The planet Vagra III was originally settled as a Starfleet science
   complex.  Up until the recent Borg invasion Vagra III housed many
   important scientific projects.  Lately, the personnel of the
   colony have perfected the third part to a Borg contingency plan.
   Somewhere on the colony exists this module.

   The people inhabiting Vagra III are primarily Starfleet medical
   and research staff.  As a result, the planet is extremely vulnerable
   to outside invasion.  Although their defenses are more than adequate
   against less powerful enemies, the Borg pose an unforseeable
   threat for which the planet was unprepared.
