This self extracting ZIP file includes hardware support for the 
Future Domain TMC-7000EX EISA HBA

Execute IHVFD through a DOS window on the UnixWare Desktop.  This
will unpack two documents containing both regular text and
PostScript(R) versions of the release notes, a mkIHVflp script for
creating the IHV diskette, and a compressed cpio archive containing
the driver software.
