This version replaces cron212.zip.  It corrects several bugs introduced
in version 1.2, and now comes in networking and non-networking versions
in the same distribution.
A new major feature of CRON/2 1.3 is the addition of a separate UNIX-like
"at" command that communicates with CRON/2 via a named pipe to submit
launch-once jobs.

CRON/2 extends the traditional cron behaviour by adding client/server
extensions via TCP/IP.  Each CRON/2 process can act as client, server,
or both to enable remote launching of applications on networked OS/2
systems.
