Memo version 1.1

Memo 1.1 is a little reminder type of utility that
will store your to-do list, your phone book, your
shopping list, or whatever small list you might
need.  

It is possible to have Memo remind you of items
in the list with its alarm feature.

Memo will not eat up much of your resources or
hog your CPU.  It is simple and useful.

Package contents:
   MEMO.EXE     -The program file
   MEMO.MEM     -The users guide (MEMO file)
   MEMO.TXT     -This textfile

Start MEMO.EXE to read the users guide.

You may distribute MEMO as a Shareware as
long as you will copy all three files unaltered.
