Software License Agreement - Shareware Edition

YOU ARE HEREBY GRANTED AUTHORIZATION TO
EVALUATE THIS SOFTWARE SUBJECT TO THE
FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. You are permitted to use these software products for
evaluation purposes for a period of UP TO 60 DAYS. After that
time, you agree to either purchase the product(s) or else
discontinue their use and destroy all copies in your possession.

2. You are permitted to copy this diskette and to give copies to
others subject to the terms and conditions within this agreement.

3. If you make copies of this software to give to others, you
agree to copy all the files on this diskette together without
modification. You are not allowed to add or remove any of the
files, or make any changes whatsoever to the files.

4. You may not bundle this software with other products without
prior written authorization from CalcTech.

5. You may not distribute this software for profit without prior
written authorization from CalcTech.

6. You may not make any modifications to, or to create derivative
works from any of the files on this diskette. This includes all
the executable, help, installation, and text files, and graphics
images.

THE SOFTWARE HEREIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS"
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO
THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAMS
IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAMS PROVE DEFECTIVE,
YOU (AND NOT CALCTECH, INC. OR AN AUTHORIZED
CALCTECH DEALER) ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF

YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO
HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO

IN NO EVENT SHALL CALCTECH OR ANY OF IT'S
AUTHORIZED DEALERS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO
YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF
BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS)
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS
SOFTWARE, EVEN IF CALCTECH HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION
