How to import recipes from Meal Master to Recipes for Windows.

1.  Export recipes from Meal Master to a file, EXPORT.MMF.

2.  Run the Impmeals.bat file.  The Impmeals.bat file takes EXPORT.MMF, 
    the file that contains recipes you have exported from Meal Master, 
	 and writes it to a new file, IMPORT.TXT, to be used by Recipes for 
	 Windows for importing recipes.  IMPMEALS.BAT requires two arguments.  
	 The first argument is  EXPORT.MMF.  The second argument is IMPORT.TXT.  
	 For example "IMPMEALS EXPORT.MMF IMPORT.TXT".

3.  Run Recipes for Windows.  From the File menu, select Import From 
    Micro Cookbook.  Select IMPORT.TXT for the import file.  
	 You may want to create a new database first prior to running the 
	 import option.  If you are going to import the new recipes from Meal
	 Master into your existing recipes data base, you may want to backup
	 your existing recipes data base first.
