Version 1.1 Setup and UTILITY.MDA

Microsoft Access version 1.1 includes an updated UTILITY.MDA file. 
The updated UTILITY.MDA file is not automatically installed during 
the Microsoft Access 1.1 Upgrade Setup.  This was done to prevent 
overwriting modified versions of UTILITY.MDA. If you modified this 
library database -- by customizing toolbars, for example -- you 
should make a backup copy of your existing UTILITY.MDA file, then 
modify the version 1.1 copy of UTILITY.MDA to include your changes.
