Using Notepad or another text editor, open MSMAIL.INI, which can normally be found in your Windows directory. Delete the line that begins: "IPM.OISMessagePad.PhoneMsg=3.0;Mail;..." 3. APPEXEC.DLL Library used by Mail to communicate with Message Pad. This may be used by other programs that integrate with Mail. If you are absolutely certain that you have no other applications that require these files, they may be deleted from your Windows\System directory. If you think that no other applications use these files but are not absolutely certain, then try renaming the files (e.g. VBRUN200.OLD, MHIT200.OLD). If, after several weeks, all your applications are still running fine, go ahead and delete these files.
