SMARTNY (Formerly STFINDER is a Microsoft Visual Basic adaptation of the 
New York City street finder cards you get from some banks in NYC. 
This program requires the VBRUN200.DLL runtime (which can be found elsewhere 
in the MS forum and in other locations on CIS).
