This is the WinLab version 1.2 beta 

WinLab is a general purpose image previewer/converter for windows 3.1
It supports several image format (BMP,TIFF,GIF,TGA,..) including Jpeg 
It is only for avaluation.
You may use freely this program and distribute it provided this file 
will be included also.
