Winvelope(tm) v4.2

Winvelope v4.2 requires VBRUN200.DLL be installed in the
\Windows\System\ subdirectory.  This file is not included 
with the 'download' version in order to conserve disk space.  
VBRUN200.DLL is available from the Winvelope Support BBS as
well as most other online services such as Compuserve, Genie, 
America Online, etc.  

Winvelope v4.2 is designed to run in Windows 3.1.  It can
also be used with Windows 3.0, but requires the COMMDLG.DLL
file included with Windows 3.1.  If you plan to use Winvelope
with Windows 3.0 and have not already obtained COMMDLG.DLL,
contact the author or download from the Winvelope Support BBS.

To install:

Create a subdirectory on your harddisk for Winvelope.  Copy 
the following files to the new subdirectory:

	SAMPLE.BMP
	ADBOOK42.CRD
	PSETUP.DLL
	BUSINESS.ENV
	CAT_6x9.ENV
	EXECUTIV.ENV
	MONARCH.ENV
	WNVEL42.EXE
	WNVEL42.HLP
	MESSAGE.LST
	DESKJ500.TXT
	DESKJ550.TXT
	DOTMATRX.TXT
	README.TXT
	WV42DOC.WRI

Copy the following files to your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ 
subdirectory:

	VBRUN200.DLL
	CMDIALOG.VBX
	THREED.VBX

IMPORTANT!!!
REMOVE FROM YOUR \WINDOWS\ OR \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ ANY 
CMDIALOG.VBX OR THREED.VBX FILE DATED PRIOR TO 10/21/92.
OLDER VERSIONS OF THESE FILES WILL CAUSE WINVELOPE TO
MALFUNCTION WITH "INVALID FILE FORMAT" MESSAGE.

Install Winvelope in Windows Program Manager making sure
to enter Winvelope's subdirectory as the 
'Working Directory'.

After starting Winvelope, you can access the On-Screen
Help System for detailed information on setting-up and
running the program.

NOTICE

Winvelope is not public domain or free software.  If you 
paid a shareware distributor for this program, you paid for 
the service of coping and distributing to you an evaluation 
disk and not for the program itself.  You may evaluate 
Winvelope for a maximum of 30 days without charge, however 
if you find the program useful and continue to use it 
beyon the 30 day evaluation period, you must send a 
registration payment to the author.  Registered users get 
the latest version of the software, notice of upgrades, and 
continued product support.
