Thanks for supporting this program with your finiancial support. Even though the unregistered version is not crippled in any way, the registered version offers a few extra features. Your History log files will not contain those extra entries with the 'Un-Registered' reminders, and a new config option '-QR' super quiet mode. When running in SUPER QUIET mode only the header and the final tally will be displayed. This may or may not speed up processing, but it means the output does not have to be redirected to NUL. -G Maintains an ASCII disk file Data Base of all your Mailer file transfers, supporting '.Tic' reductions for uploads and downloads. Can contain 500 node addresses maximum. -I DataBase option, if any node is 'reduced' to nothing, then it will be deleted from the DataBase. This can only happen after a previous increase to 1 in a 'new' address, and when it is reduced it will be deleted. The default is to leave these addresses in the DataBase to indicate transfers to and from these special attach systems. This option is only valid if your DATABASE option is valid. -J DataBase option, any filename that match will not be counted as a sent file or a received file. Maximum of 25. The files will be logged in the history files, and will update the files.bbs if that option is active. They are only ignored in the DATABASE. Wildcards '?' can be used, doesn't support '*' wildcards. The name will be checked character by character. eg. -jnodediff.a?? eg. -jfnews???.arc these 2 files will be excluded from the database. note: this option uses the same notation as the -j options for CBCS operation but the function is different. A seperate .cfg file may be needed for your mailer/data base filenames. Maybe not...... anyways. As a Registered User, your suggestions and or complaints will carry more weight and I will certainly support the software. ttyl :) Rodney A. Fraser. 1 June 1990.
