If upgrading from a verion of MEGAHOST that supports User Defined Menus
 (UDF menus), make sure that the extensions for them are '.??0' and not
 '.??1' so that they are line with the 'BULLETIN.?00' and 'HELP.?00' menu
 files.

 Changes from 2.11 include:

* Added code to support 3rd Party NET MAIL import / export program.

* Added NET | LOCAL support for CONFERENCE= entries to support FIDO mail.

* Added DEVICELAYER=FOSSIL|DIGIBOARD allowing MH to support FOSSIL drivers
  and DigiBoards utilizing the Universal Device Driver.

* Added BATCHUPLOADS=Y|N allowing MH to call the file BATCHUPL.BAT after 
  each upload.  This allows for file virus checking.

* MH now reads CDROMDIR.CNF and maps directories to file description files.
  CDFILEDESC= goes away.

* Added MEGA_API 24 support for extending callers session time.

* Fixed bug where downloads would fail when MH had to change directories.

* Built in Xmodem, Ymodem, Zmodem, and Kermit code was removed from the core
  MH code and made into an stand alone module.  MH now call this module if
  it is available.
