SWAP is unlike other screen rotators in that it:
o  allows YOU to specify ALL filenames.
o  allows YOU to specify WHICH file to ROTATE -- no random order!
o  allows YOU to control the output.  No fixed HELLO1, etc.
o  allows for an OPTIONAL COMMAND LINE configuration file.
o  allows for an OPTIONAL ENVIRONMENT VARIABLE log file
o  does NOT put a vanity line in your SCR/BBS screens.
o  does NOT expire. This is a fully functional program.

The best part of all is that it does not touch your files
directly. It merely generates a BATCH file which you must execute
to do any swapping. This allows you to run the program MANY times
for testing/setup purposes. Change the computer date. Run SWAP.
Check the batch file. ad infinitum.
