Tagged Message Area Display, a FREE program by Ted Kyte 1:134/85

  This little program will show you the OLR message areas that your
  users have tagged. It will only read the MTAG.BBS file that is
  created by Maximus(c) Scott Dudley.

  TAGS.EXE must be run in the same directory as MTAG.BBS.
  One paramater is required and that is the path and filename
  to your areas definition file.

  eg:
  TAGS c:\bbs\areas.ctl <enter>
  This example if run in the same dir as MTAG.BBS will create a file
  called TAGAREA.TXT that contains your users tagged msg areas and
  it will include a list of your message areas and descriptions and
  also a total of users that have the area tagged.

  TAGS ? <enter> Will show you a help list.

  TAGS operates on a copy of your MTAG.BBS file just for safety.
