        Mar 10th rewrote file handling routines (thanks for the help Mike!)
    NEWUSER.DAT will now be created if not there. Made display in NEWUSER
    easier to read. Added : unlimited number of entries allowed in data file.

        On Mar 10th found a bug in the Write routine. Fixed it.

Version 1.0 : Initial Release

        Started the Skeletal source code on Feb 29, 1992. Finished it on
    Mar 1st. Most of it didn't work. Changed my approach and modified it.
    Worked this time, but the file handling routines were not as efficient
    as I wanted them. Released on Mar 9th.
