This is unacceptable.  If you forgot, please remember to dial *70 on your
phone before you call a BBS to deactivate call waiting.

If that is not the case and someone picked up the phone or some similar
measure then you will have to take appropriate steps to insure that this
doesn't continue to happen when you are on the line.
